Zone 6 Junior Conditions of Competition:
All play in Zone 6 Junior events is governed by the 2023 Golf Canada Rules of Golf, the 2023 Golf Canada Decisions on the Rules of Golf.
Except where noted below, BC Golf's 2023 Conditions of Competitions, Standard local Rules and Junior Code Of Conduct also apply.

Competitions, Standard Local Rules and Junior Code of Conduct may be found on their website and a copy will be issued to any player upon request to the rules committee.
Unless otherwise noted, penalty for breach of a Condition or Local Rule is two strokes.
Use of Caddie Prohibited
A player is prohibited from using a caddie during the stipulated round(s).
Spectators and Players
All spectators, including parents/guardians, must stay a minimum of 20 metres from players.
However players are allowed to receive food and/or beverages after the completion of nine holes of play or at other times approved by the Committee.
Pace of Play
The BCGA 2 Station Pace of Play Policy is in effect and the complete text may be found on their website (a copy will be
issued to all players in a Zone 6 junior event upon request to the rules committee). Any member of a group which does not
complete their round within the expected time and is more the 14 minutes behind the group in front will be subject to a penalty
of one stroke for each nine. If the group fails to meet the pace of play for both nines and additional penalty of one stroke will be applied.
Rules Committee
The rules committee for any Zone 6 junior event shall consist of the Tournament Chair (Wanda Cullen or her designate),
the Rule Chair (Jim Otteson or his designate) and either a member of the professional staff or the Junior Coordinator at the club
where the event is played..
