ENTRY PROCEDURE:
A player should sign up with his/her home club's junior chairperson who in turn will FAX,
email or phone the complete list of players to the host club by noon on
Wednesday before the weekend's events. The list will contain; Name,
Handicap Factor, Date of Birth:
For Nanaimo Only:
Sign up by 12:00 pm
on the Sunday, March 21, 2010.
Juniors who choose to register on their own may be
refused entry.
LATE ENTRIES
MAY NOT BE
ACCEPTED.
Please have your 2010 Handicap Card at the first event.
Check in at least 30 minutes before your tee time.
Up to 5 min. late to tee =2 stroke penalty.
5 plus min. late = Disqualification
Restriction:
No player to exceed a 30 Handicap at the Host Club
Cost:
$15.00 payable at the host club ($10.00 to host club, $5.00
to Zone 6 in support of Junior activities)
No Show Policy:
A player, after signing
up, must call the Host Club if he/she cannot attend. Failure to do so will
result in suspension from the next week's event.
Junior:
18 and under, not turning 19 before midnight July
9, 2010

- 16 and under, not
turning 17 before midnight August 19, 2010

Zone 6 Junior, Juvenile and Bantam champions
will be decided at the conclusion of the Spring Tour
